This looks so unimaginably terrible that it just might be good I understand the title sounds like it's an action/adventure/fantasy movie but it's not. The title is kind of misleading but the main character does 'kill' giants. It's about a girl named Barbara Thorson who has a very real world problem that she constantly avoids, thus going to the supposed fantasy side of the story where she deals with giants. The movie isn't over dramatic, bland or has terrible writing, if anything the movie is kind of relatable...sure we don't all deal with giants but the problem in the story is relatable. The movie isn't bland, it actually has a plot twist which I at first never expected...therefore getting to the subject of so-called 'terrible writing'. The story portrays the character's development perfectly, it shows her ups and downs, her personality, her relationships and it hints to the real problem as you continue to watch the movie. It is not at all terrible, it's actually quite interesting..
